Description

With your dedicated, licensed guide, an art historian, the tour starts on ground floor where you can immediately gape in front of the beauty of some famous statues by Gian Lorenzo Bernini and their several points of view. Then you’ll walk through the rooms still retaining the original eighteenth-century decoration and go on to the Caravaggio room, learning about the master and the “chiaroscuro” technique he started.

On the first floor you’ll find the great Italian painters. Organized by region and school, they represent the development of Italian painting from the fifteenth to the eighteenth century. Among the works, your guide will show you masterpieces by Raphael, il Perugino, Giovanni Belllini, Titian,Domenichino and Antonello da Messina

Not included: admission tickets are not included. You will pay tickets fee on the day of the tour at the meeting point.

  • Adults ticket is €11.
  • For people under 18 (18 years included) ticket is €2.
  • For European union people between 18 and 25 years old ticket is €6,50. People who already have the Roma Pass don’t pay ticket.

If you will be more than 6 people, we do suggest to hire earphones at a cost of €3 per person. Your guide will rent headsets for you.
